Mentor Prerequisites
Before becoming a mentor, you must complete the following courses in the Greenhouse:
- Following Jesus 101 OR Following Jesus 201
- Whatever course you will be leading your mentee through AND any prerequisites for that course
- The Mentor Training Course
Depending on your experience level with this type of mentoring, you may be asked to serve as an apprentice mentor first before going solo.
